Scale Bar: Mildly Wet
Description:
It’s been dry here over the past month and we had slowly entered into the mildly dry category. Rivers and streams had fallen to pool but nothing had really dried out totally due to the generally low winter temperatures and very low drying rates. With 1.58 inches of rain in the past 18 hours, it is difficult to justify anything less than a Mildly Wet classification this morning with standing water in low areas and rain continuing to fall.
