It’s looking like the next two weeks will see a decidedly milder, if not stormier, weather pattern as the cold air shifts west and storms slam into the west coast in typical El-Nino fashion:

Don’t rule out snow in such a pattern. While warm air often means rain, a stormy pattern in mid-winter can still generate snow given the right conditions.
