February 27, 2015.  From NWS Jackson, KY: SOME RECENT MODEL 
GUIDANCE SUGGESTS THAT THIS HEAVY RAIN EVENT NEXT WEEK COULD 
POTENTIALLY LEAD TO THE MOST SIGNIFICANT AND WIDESPREAD 
RIVER FLOODING ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY IN OVER A DECADE.

Confidence is growing in the potential for heavy precipitation across the region next week. A mix of rain and snow will likely affect the region Sunday into Monday. A second system will bring the possibility of heavy rain to our area next Tuesday into Wednesday. Stay tuned for updates- details will become clearer over the next several days.
