This weekend will mark the 18th anniversary of the 1997 flood event on the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. On March 1st and 2nd, as much as 12 inches of rainfall fell over portions of Ohio and Kentucky causing a record crest at Red River Landing, LA and a Top 5 crest at Cario, IL.
