Description:

0.40 inches of rain in the past week. 1.60 inches of rain and melted snow in November. Soil surface is moist but soil profile remains somewhat dry. Stream flow is low and ponds are down. Moisture sufficient for most trees and shrubs since most are dormant. Lawn is green after some warmer temperatures and rain.
