0.25 inch liquid in the past 7 days. 1.0 inch of snow in the past 7 days. Below average liquid of 0.76 inch in March after a very wet February. With cold temperatures, soils are only slowly drying out. Still wet areas and runoff. Waterways returning to normal levels.

Messy Saturday Morning Possible In Cincinnati

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for East Central Indiana,
Southeast Indiana, Northeast Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, 
Central Ohio, South Central Ohio, Southwest Ohio and West 
Central Ohio.

A storm system will lift into the region Friday night into
Saturday. Ahead of the system, precipitation will overrun 
the region Friday night. Surface temperatures are forecast 
to be at or below freezing Saturday morning, bringing a 
threat of some freezing rain to the region.
