1.14 inches of liquid in the past week and 9.8 inches of snow on top of already saturated ground. Raining again this morning with a major rain and snow event predicted. Ground is completely saturated with water. Standing water is severe and abundant. Water bodies are elevated.

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches
expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Cold air rushing in
on Sunday will cause any lingering water to freeze overnight,
creating additional roadway hazards.

South Central and Southwest Ohio.
