Heavy rains, thunderstorms, and damaging winds all possible this weekend

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for East Central Indiana, Southeast Indiana, Northern Kentucky, Central Ohio, South Central
Ohio and Southwest Ohio.

More rain is forecast for Saturday and Saturday night. One to two inches of rain will be possible, with locally higher amounts. This could result in flooding.

Showers and a few embedded thunderstorms will accompany a cold front Saturday night. Some storms may become severe with damaging winds as the primary threat. A vigorous low pressure system will move across the Great Lakes on Sunday. Strong winds are expected over the area with gusts approaching 60 mph, potentially causing power outages or tree damage.
