40th Anniversary of the Great Blizzard of 1978.

Today will be sunny w/ temps in the 50s. 40 years ago, however, it was a MUCH different story. Today marks the 40th anniversary of arguably the highest-impact blizzard to ever move thru the Ohio Valley region: http://www.weather.gov/iln/19780126 .
