4.67 inches of rain in the past week. Soil is wet. Ground is saturated with water. Standing water is abundant. Water bodies are very elevated. Significant flooding over past week with rivers still quite elevated but mostly below flood stage. Highest Ohio River crest in 20 years over the past week. Many homes and businesses were affected by flooding this week with many roads closed.
