1.10 inches of rain in the past week. Soil is beginning to dry a little after a very wet period. Soil is very damp. The ground is partially saturated with water. Local plants, crops, and pastures are healthy and lush. Much more green and lush than normal in late summer. Lawns growing as if it is spring.
