September was a warm and wet month. Rainfall at Cheviot OH 3W of 11.49 inches was 8.66 inches above normal. 2018 rainfall through September 30 was 18.27 inches above normal!

After 11.49 inches of rain in September, only a trace of rainfall in the past 7 days. Local plants, crops, and lawns are healthy and lush. With hot, mostly dry weather over the past week, soil surfaces have dried out, swales are beginning to dry out.
